Easy Steps to Make Your own Sea Moss Gel

  1. Rehydrate seaweed: cover Moss with water in a bowl
  2. Place in the fridge for 12-24 hours
  3. Strain water and place in a blender
  4. Blitz to desired consistency

Once made it can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 month.
Alternative vegan friendly thickening agent for cooking

Use directly and add to:

  • Smoothies
  • Ice Cream
  • Yogurt
  • Apple Sauce
  • Porridge
  • Oatmeal
  • Chocolate Milk/Hot Chocolate
