Terms & Conditions

  1. All purchases are made with Green Castle Kelp directly via the website unless otherwise stated.
  2. All prices on Greencastlekelp.com are inclusive of VAT.
  3. All goods and packages are reviewed before leaving the building. In the unlikely event that you receive a unsatisfactory product please get in touch with us within 30 days of your order date at greencastlekelp@gmail.com and we can look into this with our courier service.
  4. We offer next day delivery within Ireland and Northern Ireland on all orders placed before 12pm Monday – Thursday.
  5. We offer delivery within 7 working days to the rest of the UK for orders placed before 12pm. (This is subject to change due to delays at customs).
  6. Postage is €6 within Ireland and Northern Ireland unless the weight of the package is over 2kg. Cost of postage then goes up to €11.00.
  7. Postage to the rest of the UK is €8 unless the weight of the package is over 1kg. Cost of postage then goes up to €12.
  8. Green Castle Kelp cannot be held responsible should local customs authorities wish to confiscate any particular item, delay shipment or charge import duty on any Hampers or Gifts boxes.
  9. Weather and other events outside of our control (acts of God) may cause delays on delivery of your order. We will update you when we can of any delays.
  10. We will aim to deliver subscriptions for the 1st of each month. However if you order within the last week of the month, you will receive your first delivery within the first week of the next month.
  11. All promotional offers and discounts are subject to availability and can be withdrawn or change at any time.
  12. All prices quoted online are exclusive of delivery.
  13. Green Castle Kelp reserves the right to substitute items, without specific notice being provided.
  14. All items are subject to availability. If due to unforeseen circumstances it is necessary to substitute an item, the replacement item shall be of equal or greater value than that which it replaces.
  15. All payment for goods must be made when the order is placed. We will not despatch goods before payment is received.
  16. If you wish to return a product please contact us at Greencastlekelp@gmail.com. Returns must be made within 30 days of your order. Returned goods must be in good condition and unopened unless damaged (in which case contact greencastlekelp@gmail.com ). Goods can be returned free of charge at Green Castle Kelp, Ballymacarthur, Greencastle, Co. Donegal or can be returned to us by post. Green Castle Kelp does not cover the cost of returning goods.
